Cancellation Policy
Hi everyone!
I understand that things come up—but since your appointment time is set aside just for you, I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation Fees: • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you’ll be charged 50% of the service cost. • If you cancel less than 24 hours, the full amount (100%) will be charged. No-Shows: No call no shows will result in an automatic charge for the full amount (100%) of the service. Running Late? If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. Just send me a quick message if you’re running behind—I’ll do my best to work with you! Repeat Cancellations or No-Shows: If this happens more than once, I may require a deposit to book future appointments. Thank you for your understanding!!
